The Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) Palliative Care Resource Guide and Toolkit, A Knowledge-to-Action Guide for Developmental Services, Healthcare and Palliative Care Providers for Ontario is intended to guide cross sector good practice knowledge and application in providing a palliative care approach for people with IDD.
Our aim is fpr this Toolkit will serve as the IDD specific guide to good practice supplement to the Ontario Health Palliative Care Toolkit produced by the Ontario Palliative Care Network (OPCN).
